Shipping Information
We ship US Priority Mail to US addresses, and US Priority Mail International to destinations outside of the United States. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email.
Return/Exchange Policy
Returns: To qualify for refund, items must be returned within 30
days from date of purchase and must include sales receipt. Returned
items must be in the same condition as when sold and in the original
packaging as provided. This includes tags, packaging, and accessories to
the product. All garments must be UNUSED and UNLAUNDERED. We will not
refund any garments that have animal hair, have been worn, soiled, or
laundered. Shipping is not refundable.
Exchanges: If you require a different size from the size you
originally ordered, please place a new order through the website for the
correct size; then return your unwanted merchandise within 30 days from
date of purchase accompanied by a sales receipt.
Follow these guidelines to return merchandise: Return merchandise with
a copy of your sales receipt or invoice stating the reason for the
return. Mail securely wrapped packages via US Post Office to:

Merchandise that is not within the guidelines stated above cannot be
accepted for return!
We guarantee all merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects for a
period of one year from the date of purchase. For returns or exchanges
on defective merchandise please send an email to:

"I have a thing or two to say about your shipping. One thing is that it is inexpensive and the other is that it was prompt. I called on Monday morning to order a cape, helmet cover, and rain pants for my son who was leaving for Japan. I had looked locally for rain gear and it was pretty heavy stuff, good for hunting but not the bike riding that my son will do in Japan this semester. The woman who took my order assured me we'd receive the shipment by Thursday but I thought we really wouldn't and he'd be wearing hunting rain gear after all. It arrived on Wednesday!
