The Patrol Rain Jacket was developed when we got a call from a local area police department that needed a rain jacket for their bicycle police officers, and one that was affordable. So, we spent some time with their uniform committee and came up with a list of features that they wanted. And, with the idea of simplicity and affordability in mind, we decided to start with our basic Waterproof Breathable Rain Jacket and added microphone tabs on the chest and shoulders. The result met their expectations as well as our own. And, now, several years later those same police officers are reordering the patrol rain jacket, not because theirs are worn out, but because another officer borrowed it, and decided to keep it (not an isolated incident)!

The Patrol Rain Jacket is waterproof and breathable. It is fully lined, and extremely lightweight, compact, and durable. Cut for cycling, it has long arms and tail. The Patrol Rain Jacket is available in Navy, Black, or Yellow. Priced at $125 each, it’s a great value.

The Patrol Rain Jacket is available on a custom order basis only (except for uncustomized ones with no patches, which you can get here and which are shipped in a few days). The custom jackets with custom modifications are available in a minimum quantity of six jackets and a delivery time of 8 to 10 weeks. Since this jacket is custom made for you, we can make modifications to several offered features.

• 2-ply Nylon Supplex bonded to a waterproof breathable membrane allows body moisture to pass from the body through the jacket; very supple, durable, and machine washable (hang dry)
• Fully lined with nylon mesh to protect the waterproof membrane, and for comfort against the skin
• Fleece lined, adjustable collar for warmth and comfort
• Seamless upper body is waterproof without the need for taped seams
• Cut for cycling with long arms and tail
• Flow-through air vents on front and back
• 2 covered zippered front pockets
• 18” pit zips, or side zippers with securing tabs to accommodate firearm and give further ventilation (your choice)
• Microphone tabs on shoulders and chest
• Reinforced flap on right side for clipping or pinning badge
• 3M-brand reflective tape on front, cuffs, rear vent flap…optional
• Hang tab for blinking light…optional
• “POLICE” in reflective letters on back ($10 additional)…optional
• Patches sewn on that you provide at time of production
